A chi si avvicina per la prima volta alla scultura, a chi vuole affinare la tecnica e a chi ha già una consolidata esperienza ma vuole acquisire competenze particolari di lavorazione

Là dove nasce il marmo, in uno spazio individuato all’interno della cava stessa, un’occasione unica di potersi scegliere da soli o con la guida del maestro il proprio materiale e vedere da vicino l’imponenza della natura circostante
Quando si svolge
I corsi si svolgono da aprile ad ottobre (salvo imprevisti meteorologici di particolare criticità per la lavorazione).
Come si svolge
Ritrovo al piazzale di cava all’orario stabilito, trasporto con fuoristrada al laboratorio dove l’insegnante avrà cura di valutare singolarmente le aspettative e le competenze artistiche di ogni partecipante e adattare il corso e le tecniche di conseguenza. Questo passaggio è fondamentale per stabilire un rapporto confidenziale e di fiducia reciproca e per esprimere al meglio le proprie abilità e la propria sensibilità artistica unica in ognuno di noi, si passerà quindi alla scelta del materiale e si imparerà ad assecondarne la natura per poi passare alla pratica di lavorazione con gli strumenti adatti.
Durante tutta la settimana di lavoro proseguirà l’esercitazione pratica, al termine ogni studente avrà visto nascere la propria idea e sarà in grado di proseguire autonomamente il percorso iniziato.

Objective
Learn marble sculpture techniques through the explanation of the subject and the use of professional tools by developing in the participant the ability to continue and improve his artistic training independently at the end of this course.
Who is it for
Those who approach the sculpture for the first time, those who want to refine the technique and those who already have a solid experience but want to acquire special skills.
Where is
Where the marble born, in a space located in the quarry, a unique opportunity to choose alone, or with the master’s guide, its own material and to see closely the majestic of the surrounding nature.
When it takes place
Courses take place from April until October (except for meteorological unexpected events)
The day and the lessons
meeting point at the quarry pit at the time set up, off-road transportation to the lab where the teacher will take care of evaluate individually the expectations and the artistic skills of each participant and adapting the course and techniques accordingly. This passage is fundamental to establishing a mutual relationship of trust and confidence and to expressing one’s own unique skills and artistic sensibility, then we will pass on the choice of marble and learn to follow its nature and then move on to Working practice with the right tools.
During the whole week of work, it will continue the practical exercise, at the end of it each student will see his idea come to life and will be able to continue the journey by himself.
The works realized are property of the participant who is free to dispose of it as he wishes.
